Opera... who knew it started everything

Well, to start i never thought that i would say i enjoyed watching operas. After class i thought to myself, wow that was actually really interesting. Mozart composed amazing shows. I'm actually going to watch one for fun on my own.

When thinking about technology i've always only thought of computers, cell phones, high-tech equipment. Boy was i wrong. i never thought that things we take for granted today were huge technological advances in the past. The use of fireworks and pulley systems made operas possible and amazing. It makes me wonder on day in the future will people think our computers, our light shows, our music and videos, our tv quality is unsophisticated and something of the past. What could people do to improve everything we have. i'd love to be able to see 100 years into the future and just see the way the arts have changed.
